綻放青春生命 打開多元視野──青少年志工培力營隊

世界和平婦女會向來關注青少年發展，於2014年開始於暑假期間舉行初、進階青年志工培力營隊，透過多元的營隊活動促使青年能從中探索自我，適性發展，開發潛能，擴展視野，增強專業知能，並且培養學員的自信心、同理心、團隊心、定位力、溝通力與領導力。

每年皆會精心策畫每月的青年活動，透過不同形式和主講者的分享帶領，與青年互動對話，激盪生命的火花。

期許青年能從中燃起追尋夢想的熱情，對生命自我的肯定，培養同理關懷他人的柔軟心等等，能為他們在人生的道路上增添豐富的色彩及意義。
